-To be eligible to participate in the community election, you must be a full registered member of the Palestinian Community in the UK.
-Proof of identity must be provided.
-Members must follow the instructions on the ballot papers.

10.30 – Members Entry
11:00 – a minute silence, to be followed by the national anthem
11:05 – 11:50 Introduction /presentations Exec committee candidates each 2.5 minutes max.
11:50 – 12:00 Introductions Presentations of Candidates for Chair position (5 min each)
12:00 – Voting commence
2:00 Voting Closes
2:10 Votes counting commences.
The results to be announced directly after the vote counting ends, to be followed by a word of the APC Patron H.E Dr Husam Zumlot the Palestinian Ambassador.
